I don’t have a computer. Can I still use it?
Yes — Routebook is built for the Android phone already in your pocket. There is no computer version to learn and no setup hardware to buy.
My driver is not comfortable with apps.
The driver’s screen is one list, in the exact order the route runs, with each house’s usual order prefilled. Marking a delivery is two taps. If he can use WhatsApp, he can use this.
Everything is in English. My staff read Hindi.
Every single screen works in both English and हिन्दी. Each person picks their own language and can switch anytime.
What happens when a customer says “I already paid”?
You open their ledger together: every bill, every payment, dated and signed. Customers can also report payments from their own app — nothing counts until you approve it, and once approved it can never be silently changed.
Network on my route is weak.
Routebook is built light for everyday Indian networks — your lists stay readable even when the signal dips. Saving money entries needs a basic data connection, so records are never half-written.
